Rainy is amazing, kind and very much caring. She is the definition of excellent service that makes you want to come back. The location is always clean and professional and the staff is attentive and makes you feel welcomed. Out of vary locations I have visited, this tune ups its the best their is.

I usually have to bribe and beg my son to get a hair cut. He has such light blonde hair that cutting it short it he says it makes him look bald. We have tried a few other places but he never was happy since they always did the fade to short and then he would fight for months to not get his hair cut. We gave Tune Up a try because I thought he’d think it was cool… Rainy did an absolute amazing job listening to what he likes and doesn’t and gave him a great new look! He said it’s his style not his dads or big brothers… just his. Thank you and we will definitely be back! We got there around 11am and made an appointment for 12:45. Which worked perfect so I could run some errands before and grab lunch (next time I’ll definitely book online) We arrived 10mins early and she took him right back.
